May 2025 5.00It was exactly what we needed to attend graduation at ASU. The pool and pool area provided us relaxation time as a family. The open common spaces inside the house provided large spaces for us to gather. The proximity to ASU was great. Bathrooms were clearly recently remodeled! Plenty of towels, dishes, and other items. Neighborhood was quiet and traffic free. We enjoyed our weekend.

May 2025 3.00Large place, close to ASU (reason we chose it). Large home just needs updating badly, bathrooms updated everything else is older. House is great for some, but not everyone.

April 2025 3.00The power did work in some the rooms only one tv worked an there were stains on the couches got a power guy to come out but didn’t do anything cuz said everything was fine even tho half of the amenities did not work

January 2025 5.00My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfectly placed in the middle of everything going on in Mesa and Tempe. Quick trips to grocery stores, Walmart, Target and pretty much anything else you could need. Plenty of restaurants near by ranging from Fast Food to more upscale sit down restaurants. Hopefully next time we’re back in AZ this place is available to us again.
